What You’ll Learn

This two or four day class can be tailored to your group and will share with you the framework for creating a Risk Management program necessary to comply with the SEC guidance in 2023 which now requires public companies to include this in their 8-K and 10-K filings.

Specifically you will learn:

• A NIST Cyber Security Framework approach to creating your program with examples, forms and key metrics and questions you need to ask
• What information to include in your yearly statement to the SEC (and your investors) about your Cyber Security capabilities.
• How to respond to a Cyber Security Incident, including creating your own Incident Response Plan for both your technical and leadership teams.
• How to comply with the mandatory four day reporting timeline for Cyber Security incidents and how this will affect your Cyber Insurance.
