Founder and Chief Information Security Officer

Bill, a native of South Bend, Indiana, started his first Information Technology company at 16 providing support services to small businesses. Following his family in the Tool & Die industry, he became the Director of a local trade school at 19 teaching Computer Aided Drafting and Machining. Soon he started a nation wide journey serving the Healthcare, Defense and Financial Technology communities as he moved from Indiana to Michigan, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Florida, California, Texas, Rhode Island and now back to Indiana.

Since starting Cyber Foundry in 2017, Bill’s focus has returned to helping organizations focus on making Cyber Security a competitive advantage in their operations. Over his career, this focus has led to assignments with Microsoft, Electronic Data Systems (EDS) / Hewlett-Packard (HP), the US Navy and Marine Corps, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and New York University.

Now on his own, he focuses on bringing this enterprise grade security knowledge to small business, where it can bring a significant advantage in an increasingly hostile and competitive landscape.
